Once you have completed steps 1 - 3 documented in Creating a batch-Single recipient entry, follow the steps below to upload recipient information using a CSV file

  1. Click "Download CSV Template" and enter your recipient's information in the template.

Note: We have added an option for you to view the list of available institutions and instructions to guide you as you populate your CSV file. Click on "View institutions" to display it.

  • To avoid errors, make sure you use you follow the instructions on how to populate the institution's field as per the instructions provided. See the example below;

  • Note: Can send payments to different institutions in one batch.

    2. Once you are done populating the template Click "Next" on the Tilt Platform to proceed.

    3. Select "Upload document" and "select file" to upload the CSV file.

4. Review the payment entries and edit or delete recipient information if you need to by clicking the edit or delete icon. Once you are happy with the payment details. Click "Next" to proceed.

5. Click "Send" to send payments or to send batch for approval if your company has approvers listed
